  • Cook rice according to package directions. Let cool completely and refrigerate.

  • Whisk together hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil; set aside

  • Heat oil in large skillet or wok set over medium-high heat; cook pork, salt and pepper, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until starting to brown. Stir in salami, red pepper and pineapple. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes

  • Stir in rice and green onions; cook, stirring often, for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in sauce; bring to boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until rice is heated through, stirring frequently

  • Divide among 4 bowls. Sprinkle with remaining cashews, cilantro and chili pepper
