Kebab Beef Skewers with Basmati Rice

• Here’s an easy way to elevate beef kebabs with basmati rice and a delicious garnish.

  Step 1

• In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all the spices. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat well.

  Step 2

• Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (you can also leave it overnight in the fridge for extra flavor).

  Step 3

• If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15–30 minutes to prevent burning.

  Step 4

• Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, alternating with pieces of red onion or bell pepper.

  Step 5

• Preheat grill to medium-high and cook skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
