This breakfast power rice bowl with Mahatma® Jasmine with Quinoa will keep you energized all morning long.
In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk and 1 ½ cups water; bring the liquid to a boil. Stir in Jasmine with Quinoa and salt. Cover and reduce the heat to low; cook for about 20 minutes or until Jasmine with Quinoa is tender.
Stir in the honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Divide among 4 bowls. Top with bananas, pineapple, mango, coconut and chia seeds.
Substitute hemp hearts or toasted cashews in for chia seeds.
