- 1 pkg (8.8 oz) Mahatma® Jasmine with Quinoa
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped mango
- ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
- ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions
This breakfast power rice bowl with Mahatma® Jasmine with Quinoa will keep you energized all morning long.
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk and 1 ½ cups water; bring the liquid to a boil. Stir in Jasmine with Quinoa and salt. Cover and reduce the heat to low; cook for about 20 minutes or until Jasmine with Quinoa is tender.Step 2
Stir in the honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.Step 3
Divide among 4 bowls. Top with bananas, pineapple, mango, coconut and chia seeds.
