
Here’s a great recipe with mushrooms to have in your locker for busy nights.
Step 1
Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the ginger, teriyaki sauce, and honey. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and portobellos, and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning them, until tender.
Step 4--Reduce the heat, add the sauce to the skillet, and gently coat the portobellos. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Heat the Mahatma® Ready to Heat Teriyaki Fried Rice in the microwave for 90 seconds and mix it with the spinach. Stuff each portobello with the teriyaki rice and spinach, place them on a plate, and garnish with a black and white toasted sesame seed mix.
