
Step 1
In a skillet or wok, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and green curry paste for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the zucchini, carrot, snow peas, broccoli, onion, and pickled baby corn. Cook for 5–6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Step 5
Heat the Mahatma® Ready to Heat Long Grain White Rice in the microwave for 90 seconds. Serve the curry over the hot rice and garnish with fresh basil and cilantro.
