    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg (8.8 oz) Mahatma® Ready to Heat Jasmine White Rice
    • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 1/4 cup coconut, toasted

    Instructions

    • If you like the sound of these ingredients, wait till you see how easy it is to make. In less than 15 minutes, you’ll have a sweet milkshake worth bragging about.

      Step 1

    • In a blender, blend Mahatma® Ready to Heat Jasmine Rice, coconut milk, bananas, vanilla and cinnamon until very smooth.

      Step 2

    • Add the ice and blend the mixture for about 15 seconds or until smooth.

      Step 3

    • Divide milkshake between 2 glasses. Sprinkle with toasted coconut for an added garnish.
