The wonder of Crockpot meals is that they are essentially one-pot meals, which makes cleaning up a breeze and lunch or dinner made easy! Add this dish to your list of easy recipes to make with pantry staples that you most likely already have on hand. Or, you can plan ahead and stock up on frozen chicken breast and broccoli to take out and make for a simple no fuss dinner with spice rack herbs, broth, shredded cheese and yogurt.

This is no ordinary chicken and rice dinner. Although most recipes would use traditional white rice or whole grain brown rice, this tasty dish uses a premium blend of three different kinds of rice: aromatic jasmine rice, red rice and wild rice so you can enjoy a variety of textures and colors with added fiber and aromatic flavor.
For a simpler version, simply cook Jasmine Rice on its own in place of the blend.
This meal is also made using Greek yogurt for a lighter alternative to cream and feel free to swap in fresh herbs and vegetables for the dried variety.
