  • Cook rice according to package directions. Let cool completely.

  • Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-heat; cook rice, green onions, garlic and ginger for 3 to 5 minutes or until green onions are softened.

  • Stir in soy sauce and 2 tbsp water; cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until rice is steaming hot.

  • Divide rice mixture among 4 bowls. Top with falafels, kale, cauliflower, avocado and radishes.

  • Drizzle with tahini; sprinkle pomegranate seeds and sumac over top.


Recipe Tips

Substitute peanut sauce for tahini sauce if desired
