
Fried Rice Falafel Power Bowl with Tahini
Topped with veggies and prepared falafels, this healthy rice bowl using Mahatma® Long Grain and Jasmine Blend is easy to make for lunch or dinner.
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package directions. Let cool completely.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium heat; cook rice, green onions, garlic and ginger for 3 to 5 minutes or until green onions are softened.
Step 3
Stir in soy sauce and 2 tbsp water; cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until rice is steaming hot.
Step 4
Divide rice mixture among 4 bowls. Top with falafels, kale, cauliflower, avocado and radishes.
Step 5
Drizzle with tahini; sprinkle pomegranate seeds and sumac over top.
Recipe Tip
Substitute peanut sauce for tahini sauce, if desired.
