Step 1
Whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, ginger and jalapeño in small bowl; set aside.
Step 2
Layer rice, salmon, avocado, onions and cilantro in a mold. Chill at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad. Garnish with lettuce.
Surprisingly simple to make, these towers require a bit of finesse to put together; however, making them is as simple as, going to your pantry to pick our Mahatma® Jasmine Rice, a trip to the seafood counter at your local grocer and a stop at the veggie aisle.
Once you’ve got everything together, you’ll have to whisk up the dressing, which includes lime juice, oil, honey, ginger and jalapeño and then layer rice, salmon, avocado, and onions and cilantro in a mold. After, all you’ll need to do is chill, literally and figuratively, as you wait for your guests to arrive. Simple enough, right?
Pack each layer evenly in the mold for best results. Don’t have a mold? No problem, re-use a cleaned out plastic container or tin can with both ends cut off. Just watch out for any sharp edges!
