Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 2 cups snap peas, trimmed and blanched
- 1 1/2 cups sliced cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 mango, diced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
