Step 1
To start, prepare the white rice according to package directions and set aside to cool. Next, heat oil in large skillet.
Step 2
Once the oil is hot, toss in the cooked rice. Then add meat, vegetables, and an egg. Add a little extra oil if rice starts to stick.
Step 3
Add soy sauce and ground black pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
