Step 1
Preheat the oven and bake pie crusts according to package directions. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare Mahatma® Seasoned Rice Mix according to package directions. Cool cooked rice.
Step 3
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery and sauté until tender. In a large bowl combine eggs and whipping cream. Add the cooked onions and celery, diced ham, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Divide mixture and spoon into prepared pie crusts.
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes or until centers are set. Allow to cool before serving. You can top quiche slices with more shredded cheese.
