One of our favorite meal preps, they’re perfect for meals on-the-go and quick post-workout dinners, but can also make a fun meal for the entire family. Just think of the possibilities.
Step 1
Prepare Mahatma® Jasmine Rice Naturally Flavored Cilantro Limon RTS according to package directions.
Step 2
Plate the pre-made rice individually and top with chicken, lettuce, cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture and serve with guacamole.
