Prepare Mahatma® Jasmine Rice according to package directions
Step 2
Peel and dice one avocado and one mango and set aside. In a large bowl, mash remaining avocado until smooth.

Add cooked rice, chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, grated onion, fresh cilantro, jalapeño peppers and lime juice. Mix together all the ingredients until well blend well.
