Step 1
Prepare Mahatma® Cilantro Limon Ready to Serve rice according to package directions and mix with pinto beans and salsa until heated through.
Step 2
Divide the rice, pinto beans, and salsa mixture between plates. Top each serving with an egg (cooked to your preference), sliced avocado and Tex Mex Cheese. Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.
