Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool.
In a medium saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add corn and saute until corn begins to brown, about 3 minutes.
In a large bowl combine ranch dressing and sriracha.
Fold in rice, corn and bell peppers. Serve with pita chips or your favorite cracker or chip.
