Preheat oven to 425ºF.
In medium bowl, toss sweet potatoes and 1 tbsp oil. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Arrange in a single layer on large baking sheet; roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, in the same bowl, toss broccoli with remaining oil, remaining salt and remaining pepper. Add broccoli to baking sheet with sweet potatoes and roast for 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp.
Prepare rice according to rice package directions.
In a medium bowl, combine prepared rice with lentils.
Divide rice lentil mixture among 2 bowls. Top with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
