Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sugar and salt until well coated. Let cool completely.

Step 4
Roll one edge over filling as tightly as possible; continue rolling to form roll. Repeat to make 6 rolls.
Step 5
Whisk together mayonnaise and chipotle. Serve sushi burritos with chipotle mayo for dipping.
