Prepare rice and quinoa according to package directions.

Meanwhile, make avocado tzatziki. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, avocado, grated cucumber, oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until blended.

Toss together chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, black olives, chicken, spinach, feta, and Greek vinaigrette. Top rice with Greek salad mixture and drizzle with avocado tzatziki.
