Prepare Mahatma® Whole Grain Brown Rice according to package directions. Step aside and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl toss together gently the cooled cooked rice, cooked and deveined shrimp, chopped onion, bell pepper and jalapeño pepper and washed salad greens.
Whisk together the salad dressing and orange marmalade, blending well. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Add orange dressing, diced Asian pear, avocado and mango and mint leaves to shrimp mixture just before serving, tossing gently until well blended. Divide equally among 4 serving plates.
